My wife and I took her daughter to Curry to find her a replacement car. Felipe was great at first. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we looked at 5 different cars. Once landed on a car, we negotiated on a price acceptable to both parties. I even questioned that the figure of 16,595 looked like 16,995. Felipe assured me it was 16595. I tell him I would agree to that because if the price was 16,995 we would still have to negotiate. So into finance we go to get a buyers order of 16995. Felipe gets called but isn’t available. Brian the sales manager is called in and is as rude as I’ve ever come across. He basically says that the price is what it is and I can leave if I don’t like it. He was so rude I even asked him if he treated all his customers as poorly as us. I finally got him to listen to our side of the story. Finally Felipe shows up to the “discussion” and completely denies he ever told me the price was 16,595. Has no recollection of our conversation that my step daughter hears. So Felipe basically lies that he never told us 16595. Then Brian asks me to split the difference for a price I didn’t agree to. I agree to splitting the price only because we’ve been at the dealership for 4 hours now and I don’t want my family to have to go through this process again. To throw insult into injury, Felipe tells me later that he feels bad and is going to have a check sent to me for the difference. I believed him but to this day I have yet to receive any kind of compensation. I will never go back to curry. My wife will never go back to curry. And my step daughter will never go back to Curry. Curry has alienated 3 customers by a single transaction and all over $400.00. Unbelievable. If you want to look up the deal it’s under A. Burdge and the deal was October 23. More
