I gave 5/5 stars for the Overall Rating (i.e. Customer Service + Quality of Work + Friendliness + Price) because Curry Honda has never disappointed me since I came to them in early 2016 for servicing my Civic 2015 and Accord 2017: (i) The customer service is the best I’ve had in Atlanta (the new service building is very impressive, clean, and well-maintained – almost state of the art), the waiting room is the same level as 4-stars hotels completed with automatic hot beverages (coffee, chocolate, etc.) dispenser, minimalist-style furniture, TVs, and children playroom, they also provide you FREE Uber services if you don’t want to wait (including the rides from- and back-to them to pick up your car); (ii) The quality of work of their service workers are satisfying; I’ve never had any issues so far of not getting things done in a right way; (iii) The friendliness of the staff definitely deserves the five stars, although I may be biased since I’ve started working with Mr. Vishek Patel (known as “VP” there) since 2018 and I’ve always requested Mr. Patel to take care of my car because he is honest, i.e. he will make sure that your cars get what they need, and he will discuss first and ask your permission before doing other services that may be necessary but not urgent/critical at that point of your visit. Regardless, as I mentioned, I’ve always trusted his recommendations. (iv) The price I’ve spent so far (again with Mr. Patel) is always reasonable. I appreciate him for being honest to recommend other necessary-but-not-urgent services, and for being flexible to discuss and accept a “no” or “let’s wait until the next service visit” from me. Nonetheless, he always does his best to get your discounts/promotions, which always make your car and your pocket happier by the end of the day. I definitely recommend Curry Honda (and Mr. Vishek Patel) to take care of your Hondas. More
