Very pleasant and knowledgable Roy was recommended to us by one of the auto service personnel, and he did not disappoint. We had our eye on 2 models in particular. There was a small delay in getting to see the cars because they were stored at a separate facility that wasn't open, but he worked it out and allowed us to test drive both models. It was clear that Roy knew his stuff and pointed out important features such as road noise and acceleration. He never did any hard sell, but of course, like those old Honda commercials with Danny, the cars really do sell themselves. Buying the car was also a very pleasant experience. JB looked around for the best interest rate, even though it wasn't through Honda's financing service, and did not try to push the more expensive warranty options on us. We were out of there by lunchtime and felt happy. More
