My salesman Tony Windoloski was 5star excellent second time with him. Shane the finance man was not punctual or professional. Will never work with him ever again. Had a 4 o’clock appointment, the person he was working with was finished at 3:45 Shane left office with us waiting in front show room, only returned after salesmen call him to remind him we were waiting. He returned at 4:10 and brought in two other people who came in after us without an appointment. After voicing my displeasure with the wait was told by sales manger it is normal to have to wait for an hour to be seen. Even after making an appointment. No one ever apologize to us except Tony. Shane never even said he was sorry for the over 1 hour wait. When we were finally brought into his office it took 10 minutes. My 90 year old father-in-law waited over an hour to purchase his lease after I had made an appointment what a waste of time and lack of respect of our time. I will never return to Curry Nissan to purchase a car again. I had just leased my second car from Tony only 1 week ago. Nice way to take care of return customers. Once again Tony was great and did his best to help us but the management treated us like we were not very important and could care less. More

I was met promptly on arrival at the dealership and explained what the problem was. I was informed it was time for an extended checkup and agreed that they should go ahead with it.. They never check their messages or return calls. They never check their emails or answer them. They don't seem to want your business. When you buy out a lease take heed that you read the fine print....y never check their emails or answer them. They don't seem to want your business. When you buy out a lease take heed that you read the fine print....you have to pay them $300 to buy your own vehicle and then...they charge you $498 on top of that for what they call "document preparation" when what they do is what your own insurance company does for free!! So they rip you off!!!!!! More
