Firstly, the associates that I encountered should receive customer experience training. The salesman Alex had no personality and seemed to be bothered. Of note: I visited the dealership and gave the salesperson a sale, I supplied stock number and all he did was go get the car. It was in the detailing shop and I was told it would be cleaned, including the seats I pointed out that were stained. All that was done was a shoddy vacuum. The former occupants personal information and some belongings were noted and he said it will be cleaned, well it wasn’t and that tells me that people’s personal information is not secure. I had a detailer clean the inside. Then I was told that the registration transfer was simple by finance but salesman says he will call me and not to come until he calls. No one emailed my insurance company until this morning and conveniently when I drove to the dealership the salesman said it was just completed. I had to ask where to go for sticker in which he walks me to service and says pick one of the agents. If my employees provided a similar service they would be provided tracing or shown the door. I am looking to buy another vehicle and assure you it will not be at Curry. I will continue to aggressively share my experience with others to make sure they don’t have the same experience. By the way your service advisors also lacked courteous communication. I was told 2.5 hours to wait for an inspection sticker. Fortunately it only took a half hour because of some lucky circumstance. I’m sure my purchasing a lease return only pays the salesman a flat; but teach them not to show it in their actions. Especially when all he did was get the keys.
