I would never recommend curry Toyota service I took my Avalon there because I had a transmission issue it would slip in low speeds and going downwards on inclines the first time I was told that the mecha Avalon there because I had a transmission issue it would slip in low speeds and going downwards on inclines the first time I was told that the mechanic found metal in the transmission and that he replaced the transmission pan gasket and refilled the oil , in prior weeks I had the trans oil changed because I thought it may have been low and there is no dipstick anyway I took the car home and put the car up on our lift we have in the back yard and found the trans pan had never been removed at all and I still had the same issue . I called to speak with the service manager but he would not engage instead he had the service writer contact me and told me to bring the car back so as he can have the pan gasket replaced I requested not to let this mechanic to work on my car, which didn’t happen and so I picked up the car and was told that the service manager road test the car himself and it runs like new the car only had 51 thousand miles also I also when I picked up my car I noticed a dent on my front fender which they took care of but still I would have to be without my car for a third day I I’m still having the same issues with the transmission slipping when hot @ low speeds and downhill it feels like the car is in neutral and motor just revs . At this time I requested someone take a road test with me to verify my concerns and was refused I was told it’s against company policy . I still have these issues with my automobile and now I’m out of warranty , No I will never recommend this dealership for any repairs department to anyone More
