I did a lot of research and knew the car I wanted down to the color. I was warmly greeted on walking in and made very comfortable. I liked the dealership. It wasn't ostentatious but clean and well lit with nice touches like the mural of all the Toyotas. My sales person was Hamlet Perez, who was very nice, and very, very knowledgeable. I found Hamlet's sales effort to be the best of those I had encountered in this round of shopping. Not only was he accommodating, but his experience in souping up cars really helped to solidify my interest in the car. I felt that his opinions were valuable down to which bumper guard to get. I had spoken to John on the phone, and even though I was assigned to a sales person, John greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. I found John to be very open and up-front about pricing. I was price sensitive, so John's interaction was very important. Car pricing is complicated on the best of days, but John had a lot of patience walking me through the numbers and coming to a final deal. I appreciated that very much. This dealer took good care of me I was greeted by John the Manager when I entered the dealership. From start to finish Jim listened to what I wanted and needed and made this a seamless car buying experience. (the best I've had in quite a while!) John approved the amount I asked for my trade in. Everyone was kind and professional and finally when the sale was almost complete Jim went over everything with me and I signed a contract I could totally understand that reflected everything we talked about. I had a perfect understanding of how much I was paying and what I was paying for. I imagine there are many who can understand what I'm saying here if you've ever felt uneasy at a dealership while purchasing a car. Finally the finance manager Basil was very nice to work with.
