He then worked with us to review a number of car options and reach a deal that we are satisfied with. Overall I felt the effort our sales rep put in was better than expected and his attention to our particular needs was exceptional. We appreciated his efforts to address our questions and find answers to any questions he did not immediately have an answer for. Walking in, we were not seriously planning on replacing our old car, but the deal came close enough to our target price on a vehicle that met our needs that we bought our new (used) CR-V. Quick and easy Curtis Ryan was very open and honest when I started my shoppingfor an accord. When I came in to the delaership to test drive, the staff was friendly and curteous and spent the time with me to explain as much about the features of the car as I wanted, eventhough I was there late in the evening and couldnt purchase the car that day as their Service department had left already. When I decided to go ahead with the purchase the following day, everything went very smoothly and the salesman threw in a couple of extra things for no extra charge to finish off a great service.
