No fuss or confusing tactics but rather only straightforward talk and transparent numbers was our experience. We were never pressured in the whole process and there were no surprises. That actually was a surprise. We checked our 4 dealers and Curtiss Ryan opened with the best deal. And then they exceeded our expectations on the trade-in.
