New lease 2016 Pilot I'm a returning customer as my family has been involved with various model Honda's. This visit I was interested in an upgrade of my CRV; however, a n I'm a returning customer as my family has been involved with various model Honda's. This visit I was interested in an upgrade of my CRV; however, a new Pilot caught my eye on the way inside. I wished to test drive one, but the one I saw was being delivered to a customer. I had to be on a wait list due to popularity & availability. I did test drive a CRV, but still wanted to do the same with a Pilot. My salesman, Scott Glazer, contacted me when one arrived and I immediately went and test drove the vehicle. I was hooked, but wanted the rest of my families input. We all agreed this was for us. Scott, as always, provided us with his attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, approach to doing business. The entire staff at the dealer provides a helpful, friendly, welcome approach to all client experiences. I am glad my wife's insistence on a Honda got us involved with Curtiss Ryan Honda and Scott. Wonderful experience We started looking in December 2015 for a Honda CRV. We loved the 2015 CRV but did not want the push-to-start or keyless entry. Within a few short wee We started looking in December 2015 for a Honda CRV. We loved the 2015 CRV but did not want the push-to-start or keyless entry. Within a few short weeks we were notified that there were some 2013 CRVs that just came off leases and do not have the push-to-start or keyless entry. By the middle of January we went to look at the available 2013 CRVs and after looking at the first one we were sure that was what we wanted. It looked brand new inside and out and includes heated leather seats and navigation. We were not able to test drive because of all the snow but we were called the next day to test drive and that same day traded in our civic and drove away with our 2013 CRV. Terri is an excellent salesperson. Very professional, knowledgable and understanding of our needs both financial and what we wanted in a car. More

After discussing what we would do if the letter was true and could be done at you dealership. Jim went right to work impressing us with his concern for us and meeting our needs. The bottom line is with his hard work and concern for meeting our needs we traded in our leased Honda Pilot and leased a new Honda CRV from you. The hard work and dedication of all of your staff was the reason plus the good deal we were offered. When we are ready for our next Honda you will be the dealership we will come to. Faithful buyer After having purchased my 5th or 6th Honda I can say that my buying experience was very good. Jim Cossette, my salesman, was superb as usual. My only complaint was with the business manager. He presented strong reasoning why I should take the extended warranty plan claiming that with the computers in the cars might cause problems in the long run. He kept talking about the computers so much that I got a feeling that they are a problem. Since I didn't expect to keep the car for as long as my previous one I declined the extended warranty. I figured I could extend he warranty later. The day I picked up the car he walked by Jim and myself and strongly said I should have taken the warranty and kept on walking. I stopped him and asked why he was so concerned about me not taking the warranty. He brought up the computer in the car again. So he left me with a feeling that the computer was going to be a problem. Bedside business manner could have been better. He left me with an uncomfortable feeling about the car right when I was signing the papers. More
