I planned to purchase a brand new Nissan. When I got there, the experience I received was horrible, and immediately changed my mind from obtaining the new car. Being that it was my first new car purchase, a friend of mine recommended that I go to the Honda dealership next door to the Nissan dealership in Shelton because that was where he got his car. I was reluctant at first but I went there. I spoke to jim, who was so welcoming, and patient. Both jim and jack worked with me in getting an excellent interest rate. I am happy with my car purchase. They called me with updates, hey explained everything in great details. When I went to pick up the car, jim went over every detail of the car including programming my cell phone to the Bluetooth, maintenance of the car, warranty, etc. jim and jack are highly recommended by me.
