This is our second lease with Curtiss Ryan and Scott Glazer, and I doubt it will be our last. Scott is patient, thorough, friendly and guides you through the process with no pressure whatever. We came in "just looking" because our CR-V lease was about to expire, and within an hour Scott had completed the process to move us to a new Crosstour. He was previously recommended by friends who have been repeat customers of his for years, and I believe we will be also. The other nice differnce about this dealership is the fact that, unlike many other multi-nameplate dealers in the area, Curtis Ryan is Honda only and locally owned.
