My wife & I want to acknowledge the exceptional experience we just had on Tuesday, March 6th. I had been restricted to my home for over 2 weeks due to 2 cardiac procedures that I needed to have done. Fortunately, they were both successful. On Tuesday, my wife decided that maybe I could take a ride with her just to see the outside world again. We drove to Short Beach in Stratford to look out at the water. Around 4:30 we attempted to head back home. As she attempted to start our 2015 CR-V EX, my wife pushed the start button & the car would not start. We called your dealership & spoke to Claudette Brown in the service dept. & explained our plight. She told us to call AAA & have the car jumped, but NOT to buy a new battery from them because we were still under warranty. Since it was approaching 5:00 & parts and service would be closing soon, she had parts pull the battery so it would be waiting for us. By the time AAA came & I got back in touch with Claudette, it was nearly 5:00. She initially was told they had the battery, but the service techs were on their way home. She knew we were on our way, so she put us on hold & spoke to someone higher up [ I’m assuming it was John Hauk ] & they arranged to have a tech stay until we arrived. She also stayed herself to make sure things went smoothly for us. We arrived at 5:20 and they were waiting for us. Claudette knew nothing of my health situation at the time, she was just doing her best to help out a customer in need. I just want her to be recognized for going above & beyond the call of duty. More

Curtiss Ryan is BY FAR the best service department and customer service team one could hope for - the staff is ALWAYS friendly, highly professional, knowledgeable, honest, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. We now only consider buying Hondas, not only for their high quality vehicles, but for the guarantee of servicing them with such a skilled, honest, and dedicated service team at Curtiss Ryan. So easy to work with I recently had a major service on my 11 year old Honda Ridgeline. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. It has 150,000 miles and I have spent very little money outside or standard maintenance. When I go in for service I don't feel like I am being pressured to pay for work that is not needed. When the work is complete it is always correct and I can get answers to any questions I have. I think back to my service experiences with other dealerships and have very few positive thoughts. We now have two Hondas and have all of our service at Curtiss Ryan an our car life is low stress. More

Best Service Department in the Area Stopped in to have the tires rotated and an oil change. How many times did you feel like you were just talked into a lifetime supply of nitrogen-impregnated engine oil treatment to improve fuel economy? We have been loyal Curtiss Ryan customers for about 13 years now because the above never happens. We feel valued, are never given snake oil stories, and get honest assessments. The waiting area is well equipped with WiFi, coffee, and workstations! The trust we have developed with Curtiss Ryan is solid enough that when we bought the last 3 vehicles from them, the transactions were almost completely over the phone. They make it that easy, and that comfortable. Wouldn't go anyplace else for sales or service. More
