We believe that good customer service is the cornerstone of continuing relationships with our clients. As such, we would love to inspect your vehicle to investigate the claims of the third-party servicer regarding repairs completed at our facility ten years ago. Unfortunately, because you're on the west coast, and are unable to bring your car in to be evaluated, we are unable to assist you.
