He called during the lease to check up on things and (in a friendly and definitely not in an intruding way). Then he sold me the lease car when the lease was up . Met me at a McDonald's close to home and filled out the paperwork. Didn't take long. He went his way happy and I went my way happy. Doesn't get any better than that.
