Amazing First Time Experience - Impressive! Shannon Robinson is the man! This is my second lease but my first in dealing with D&M. I was interested in a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible. I was very indecisive and put him through many changes. He also recommended as an option another convertible which he drove to my home, but it was not the best fit for me. Shannon continuted to work with my requirements on pricing, options, etc, to try and get me what I wanted. He told me that was his number one goal is to put me in the vehicle I truly wanted. He would work with me after hours via text, always getting back with me promptly, even when some of the conversations were after 8/9 pm. Even after so many changes on my part, he was able to get me the vehicle that was first on my wish list along with an acceptable payment. He has continued to keep in touch with me to see how things are going and to see if I have any questions. I have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of D&M that I have come into contact with. She has always been very Fast and professional with me and other members of my family. When I call her Monday, she happened to be out of the office on spring break. I still received a response back from her that Sara Shinn would be contacting me in just a couple of minutes. Sara called and then started another purchase with D&M. Sara took down everything I was looking for, with some added features, like dvd head rest and darker window tinting. She found the truck the same day and sent it to the shop for the installs. I received my new truck today, Friday. A for day turn around. They trailered the truck in after I figured they would just be driving it. Picked up the other vehicle and off they went. These two ladies and the best that I have ever dealt with and I've never felt like they were dealing with anyone else during the same time. But, I know their just as busy as anyone else. Very bad liars! They lied straight from the start and tried to get us the purchase the used vechile. Would not talk to ius about the lease option they had. They lied to us by saying everything will be a go if you put 200.00 down to hold the truck and three days later still no call and finally when we did get a hold of them there story had flip flopped nothing that they had told us was true.
