First vehicle, He stepped up, when I first needed a vehicle and expedited getting the car to me. He'll go the extra mile in order make sure the transition is smooth, literally. Recently when shipping vehicle wasn't feasible and I was on east coast for work. He drove 2/3 of the way in order to make vehicle exchange while taking as much time as needed for me understand the vehicle inside and out and comfortable prior to him leaving.
