Paul showed me the car and went over all the great new features. The numbers were worked out on the phone and their was no game playing which enabled me to drive the car home that they. My husband and I had a terrible experience last week at Freehold Honda! I would never go back there again and would never recommend anyone to do so either! What a difference going to Paul in getting a new lease! I would highly recommend anyone to go to DCH old bridge Honda and specifically go to Paul! Then when it was time to go over all the financial aspects of the lease, we met with John Q. Again, I have to say what an incredible experience we had dealing with this dealership and specifically with Paul and John. John was in every way so friendly, so accommodating and helpful. He made the whole experience actually fun! We were even joking about us being part Italian and talking about food LOL it was just so relaxing and was not stressful at all! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed working with Paul and John Q, and we definitely, in the future will only go to this dealership to do business with them! Unprofessional Dealer Very unprofessional dealership. We requested to transfer license plates from old vehicle to new one. They made a mistake and submitted registration f Very unprofessional dealership. We requested to transfer license plates from old vehicle to new one. They made a mistake and submitted registration for new plates. Our sales person Evan Katz and financial manager Bryan Gamble assured us that they would change new registration to transfer. It never happened, so it ended up with us paying more for new registration instead of transfer. Our sales person also mentioned nitrofill which goes for $200 and I insisted on not doing it - I explained that my vehicle would be used for driving on sand and hence I would be airing down and pumping tires up very often. So, at the end of the day, nitrofill $200 were charged on us. They also pushed us Permaplate warranty which cannot be cancelled and stated that Permaplate is part of their package for new or used vehicles. They also tried to sell us GAP insurance and I checked there have been many cases with BBB on this dealership that people never got their money back, so we declined it. One should always be careful and pay close attention to all documents while signing. More
