Satisfied Test Drive I came in to test drive the 2019 Accord EX-L 2 liter turbo. The salesperson got the car I wanted to see in a timely manner and was knowledgeable in ex I came in to test drive the 2019 Accord EX-L 2 liter turbo. The salesperson got the car I wanted to see in a timely manner and was knowledgeable in explaining all its features. I found the car to be well-designed and amazingly quick. They also thoroughly examined my current leased Accord in case I wanted to trade it in. I'm not sure I will purchase but the experience was good. More

Terrible I was referred to DCH Honda by a friend. Not this specific location but I figure this is a reputable company and could visit any location. Initially I was referred to DCH Honda by a friend. Not this specific location but I figure this is a reputable company and could visit any location. Initially things were good and smooth. First hurdle, after calling my insurance company to add the new car and the company that would provide my finance deal, I was told that the mechanic at DCH Honda found mechanical issues with the car they initially wanted to sell me. I thought I don’t need that vehicle. I had a conversation with the guy in the finance department after they selected a more expensive car who told me It was stupid to want a car with issues. I NEVER said I wanted to drive a car with issues. That was rude, but I proceeded. I was guaranteed that this other car would one: pass inspection and two: the engine was good. A few days after purchasing the car the tire pressure light came on. Two weeks after purchasing the car low and behold the check engine light came on. I took the car to be inspected and it failed. I called DCH Honda and spoke the sales person who sold me the car, he apologized and said he would schedule an appointment for service. Needless to say, that never happened. I ended up just dropping the car off and taking a Lyft thirty minutes away to my job. After hours of not hearing from DCH Honda I decided to call a manager. The manager instructed me that they called the maker of the vehicle to order the part that need to be changed and they would make an exception and change it the following weekend as it was Thursday and they need time for the part to be delivered and that they would be in touch. I then had to take a Lyft back to pick up my car. Would you believe I never heard from them? As the day approached that the part should be changed I took the initiative to call them. I was met with the service department who told me I needed to contact the person who sold me the car..How interesting since I haven't yet to hear from him in weeks. After calling over a dozen times I finally got to speak to a manager who took my name and assured me that someone would call within an hr. An hour has come and gone. Needless to say I will be contacting my lawyer....Above all I am very disappointed at the care and lack of commitment on DCH Honda in old Bridge's part. They really dropped the ball. More

Another Great Car Buying Experience My first car was bought at DCH Academy Honda and I had a terrific experience so I went into DCH Academy Honda on Monday thinking about test driving a My first car was bought at DCH Academy Honda and I had a terrific experience so I went into DCH Academy Honda on Monday thinking about test driving a CR-V and getting my Civic's trade in value appraised; I knew I was going to be treated right, no run around nor any pressure to buy. What I wasn't expecting was to leave with a CR-V on the very same day. Peter and Bart were my salesmen and they were amazing. Both made me feel welcome and appreciated when I walked into the dealership, answered any questions I had on the car, package differences and leasing options. Bart took me on a nice test drive for me to get a feel of the car, and answered my questions in regards to trim options and differences while Peter was able to get my Civic appraised as well as get a great leasing package setup for me. Bryan helped me with all the financial paperwork and was great, we got through everything quickly and in a professional manner. I've now bought 2 cars from them and I definitely plan to get my 3rd from them as well after this lease is up.I can't recommend these guys enough, if you want professional service and a car at a great price, you can't go wrong with these guys and this dealership. More
