Excellent Customer Service I was recently in the market for a new car and had settled on a certified pre-owned 2015 Honda Accord. I found a model that I liked online at DCH Acad I was recently in the market for a new car and had settled on a certified pre-owned 2015 Honda Accord. I found a model that I liked online at DCH Academy Honda and inquired about its availability and was happy to find that it was still there. I went, along with my parents, to the dealership to check it out and take it for a test drive and was very pleased with how the car drove and handled. We discussed the price once we got back and decided to purchase it that day. It was very busy at the time, since it was during Memorial Day weekend but I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured to buy. The salesman, Khalil Quraishi, was happy to answer our questions and made it a very pleasant purchase experience. Then we spoke with Dave Mazurek in the finance office, where he explained the various warranty options and additional services if we were interested in them. I am happy to say that they were both very patient and did not apply any sort of pressure to force a sale, they just laid out our options for us and let us decide what we wanted. I am very happy with my car buying experience and would definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda to friends when they are in the market for a new car. More

DCH ACADEMY didn't have any problems giving me a quote right away compared to other dealers, their first quote had already out shined other dealers and negotiation was actually very smooth. Moving on to paper work i was introduced to Enrique, who was very courteous. Patrick took over the paper work, as it was already after 9 PM, he was very patient and thorough. (sorry can't remember last names). Now it was just past 10 PM but the finance guy patiently went over everything with me unlike my previous car finances (sign here, there, there and here we gotta go!). Regardless of the time, Patrick was in no rush while he went over all the features in the 2018 model. A lot of reviews i read about dealers is that they don't care about you after they take your money, guess what, i left my garage control at the dealer so i called them the next day to make sure it was there, i got the front desk and they transferred me to Patrick who went looking for it and held it for me. Now, i don't know how long its supposed to take for plates to be ready but mine were ready in six (6) days counting Saturday and Sunday, (why i mentioned? All other previous dealers took almost a month.) Why would you go elsewhere? DCH ACADEMY will beat any dealer! More

This is the first time I've left a review for a salesperson.. Husband and I are mid-fifties and have bought or leased multiple cars, including leasing 4 prior CRVs from other dealers. Wanted the 2018 EX because I need power seats. I usually LOATHE buying or leasing cars, but Meghan made it really easy, quick, and PLEASANT. Unfortunately, because it's become such a popular vehicle and leases in general are overall more expensive, the numbers were over our price point and we had to jump brands. That being said, I did my homework and I can tell you DCH was aggressive on their prices. Truly, I was so very sorry we could not conclude the deal with Megan. She did try very hard and we also really appreciated her manager Adrian. If this is the SUV for you (and as a prior CRV owner, it's a great vehicle), go to Meghan. She is wonderful! You will absolutely not be disappointed with her and I woukd do business with her in in the future . She is an absolutely lovely young woman on top of being a fantastic salesperson!
