When I arrived at DCH Honda I was impressed how professional, knowledgeable and courteous they were. Rather than talking, they first listened to my needs. They were able to work with me rather than stating what they thought I needed. Service, attention to detail, listening, knowledge, and professionalism are attributes that all the people I worked with have. That seems to be lost in this day and age. I usually despise buying new cars. It always seems like an uphill battle when dealing with dealerships. This experience has changed my views on buying a new car. I would without hesitation recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and have their car buying process made easy.
