This time my sales agent was Veronica Galluccio, she went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit my needs and price. With the help of manager Rubin Arcilla, she was able to get everything I wanted and a payment plan I could feel comfortable with. She even got some touch up paint and fixed a scratch I made when I returned to pick up my plates. My wife was so pleased with the service, she wants me to go back and get her a new car too! Hello, I keep my cars for a least 10 years. The reason is because I hate buying new ones because of all the pain behind it. Then we worked with Jen C. and Otis V. What a change this was. We did not see Jen C. but her skills with email and prompt responses is worthy. I'm honestly in shock how cool this place was. Otis was great. We can't say it any better than that. He offered upgrades for the car, some we declined. Otis did not try to force us to buy upgrades like they did at other Honda dealerships. If I owned a car dealership I would want Jen and Otis working there. What a great team you have at DCH. I talked to all my coworkers about the rock star service there is at DCH. Keep it going! I had an amazing experinece at Academy Honda again. Joe was fantastic finding the right car for me. This time I leased a Civic instead of Accord. I loved this car. Joe was outstanding!! After the sales procedure he even accompanied me to my old car to help me move some things to the new car! Then he set up my phone with the blue tooth in my new car, showing me how to do everything the car was capable of. He went above and beyond by also setting up some speed dials for me within the car just to show me how the process was done.I will be back when my lease is up.Hopefully Joe will still be there to assit me in my next vehicle.
