My appointment was for 10:15 am and I got to the dealer at 10:05 am. I waited for over an hour to get processed and have my vehicle taken for service. My wife was waiting in her car with our 7 month old so at 10:05 am. I waited for over an hour to get processed and have my vehicle taken for service.
