This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even when there are no customers to serve. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. All employees I came in contact had a serious “I really don’t care attitude “. More

My appointment was for 10:15 am and I got to the dealer at 10:05 am. I waited for over an hour to get processed and have my vehicle taken for service. My wife was waiting in her car with our 7 month old so at 10:05 am. I waited for over an hour to get processed and have my vehicle taken for service. My wife was waiting in her car with our 7 month old son. In the past it’s only taken 10 minutes for the same process. This was unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. More
