I am very upset with service. I gave my car to repair at dch Toyota and they gave some 3rd party body shop and then dch toyota don’t care after it goes to body shop when and how I gave my car to repair at dch Toyota and they gave some 3rd party body shop and then dch toyota don’t care after it goes to body shop when and how my car is taken care of. 3rd party body shop service was worse than ever. They very rude and don’t follow up on time until last minute when customer calls them then they tell us what’s going on. This was a worse experience ever I can have. More

Worse experience I ever get. They lost my car part and when they installed new one they charged me the cost. His attitute is very bad. Steven was saying some other mechanic saw that car probably and they took the part howevet my car come from street parking to dealer with toyota roadassistand tow truck.
