The greeter at the drive lane was extremely rude, the wait time was a bit much for an oil change. Very nice new place, very pleasent environment. ..one little problem they offer treats and coffee, tea chocolate etc.. everytime i go i choose chocolate but the only thing i get is dirty water :( us ..one little problem they offer treats and coffee, tea chocolate etc.. everytime i go i choose chocolate but the only thing i get is dirty water :( used to be better at the old place.. also waiting time is a lil too long but im ok with that...anyway other than that everything is nice and confy More

Everything was great except for how long appointment took. I had a 12 pm appointment for oil change, tire rotation, & alignment. It was not finished until 3:15pn. I waited there for over 3 hours. Ot took. I had a 12 pm appointment for oil change, tire rotation, & alignment. It was not finished until 3:15pn. I waited there for over 3 hours. Other than that the service was great. Their price for the maintenance should include tire rotation, but this tech didn’t do it. I don’t know how he checked my car for the maintenance. The tire pressure light was on the second day after thi rotation, but this tech didn’t do it. I don’t know how he checked my car for the maintenance. The tire pressure light was on the second day after this maintenance. This has never happened before. The consultant is not as good as the previous one either. More
