The courtesy and professionalism of Service Advisor Juan Martinez at my last scheduled service visit on 3/10/17 was the kind of "Excellence in Customer Service" that you don't see enough of nowadays. I'm sure Juan's dedication to his profession is also a reflection of Service Manager Rich Mota and Customer Relations Manager Lynn Melian, who both always made sure I was satisfied with the courtesy and level of service that DCH Brunswick Toyota provided me during all my scheduled and one non-scheduled service visit. For that one non-scheduled service visit, Rich Mota made sure I had a vehicle to use for a week at "no charge". Take it from an old time former paperboy...DCH Brunswick Toyota Service is ACES... Great Service I have been servicing my Camry for the last 5 years at DCH Toyota. Not only are their prices fair, but their staff is great. My service advisor Ed Ram I have been servicing my Camry for the last 5 years at DCH Toyota. Not only are their prices fair, but their staff is great. My service advisor Ed Ramirez is the biggest reason why I continue to be a DCH customer as he is extremely helpful, and has a great personality. He takes his time in explaining the work that needs to be done, and how the prices are broken up between parts and labor. I would highly recommend anyone who needs service on there car to go to DCH and work with Ed. More
My best dealer experience ever! I have had a Toyota now for years and recently switched from where I leased it over to try servicing at DCH Brunswick Toyota. When I arrived at the service department at DCH, for the first time, they rolled out the red carpet for me. I was given the King's tour of the dealership. Javad, got me right in and had the technician working on my vehicle immediately. Lynn the Customer Relations Manager introduced me to the Service and Parts Director, Rich, where I was welcomed as a new customer and then escorted to the customer lounge. My service was done in record time, which was most important to me as my schedule is very tight, and I was back on the road in record time. To all the staff at DCH Brunswick Toyota, you have a new loyal customer! Over the years I have had many experiences with Toyota dealers and this was truly the best. More

I went to Toyota Brunswick for service of my 2012 Camry and had a wonderful experience with them. I'm always crazy weary of car repair places, whether they're a dealer or another general mechanic workshop because they always try to make more out of you and upsell customers one more thing that they don't really need. It was quite different here. First of all, everyone was quick and efficient with assisting; as soon as you drive up, someone is waiting to greet you and direct you to your advisor. Juan Martinez was my "advisor" i.e, the person you see at the front; they are assigned to your case and will walk you through your repair/service process from start to finish. He treated me like I was his family!! He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable. I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would require to fix it. Most of the issues were Toyota specific recalls and so, those were all fixed (parts and all) for FREE! I did change all 4 tires which was one of my initial reasons for coming in, and I got this deal...(buy 3 and get 4th for $1). If you download the app "toyota owners", there are deals and discounts there all the time, depending on the service you want Before my car went in for repairs, I test drove it with my assigned mechanic (Eli) so that I could actually point out the noise I was concerned about while we drove the car; then when it was fixed, I drove it around again for a bit with Juan and everything checked out perfectly. The price was great, I didn't get cornered into fixing an issue that wasn't there (which most mechanics do) and my car still runs very smoothly. That definitely helped me regain some of my trust in car repair shops/technicians Impressive service Juan, if you ever read this...thank you for your great dedication to your work!!! More

I must look dumb I bought an Highlander Limited 13 month ago. I paid full asking price but part of the deal was to have a hitch and plug installed. They installed it I bought an Highlander Limited 13 month ago. I paid full asking price but part of the deal was to have a hitch and plug installed. They installed it and I was very happy with my SUV till a week ago when I unhooked the trailer from the Trailblazer and try to pull it with the Toyota. No lights.I checked and found no power on the SUV plug. Upon further Google work I learned that there should be a relay at the drivers feet which converts from 4 lights system on the Toyota to 3 lights system on the trailer. There was no relay in there and the plug which was to be connected to it was hanging lose. As soon as I brought it in the first lady told me that it was $160.00 to just trouble shoot the problem. I explained that all it needed was a relay and add a fuse in the fuse box. She passed me to her manager and he said that there was no deal to install the relay. Then he says hes going to call the sales manager in another building to see if they pay for it. After an hour he told me that his technician is going over the problem "wire by wire" to find the problem. After 3 hours he told me that I have a bad relay and they changed it out of the "good will" They even washed my car. In the way home I stopped and looked at the driver feet and there it was MY NEW RELAY. There was no need to lie. He should have just said: sorry we forgot to install it.So there is my average rating instead of good or great. More
