I found this car, the RAV4, a beautiful red model, online, and we were once again assisted by Michelle, who remembered us, and was just as efficient and professional as our previous purchase. She answered all of my questions, and prepared us for the next steps...we next spoke with Howard, as with our previous purchase, and he couldn't have been more expert, professional, and respectful as he led us through the process of buying our next car. Everything was ready for us when we came in to complete the purchase, and, although the car was several years old, it was beautifully delivered- it felt just like getting a brand new car. We are so grateful to have found a dealership that we can have such trust and confidence in - thank You! More

I am riding around in a wonderful car getting accolades from friends and family regarding the "sharp sporty new car" I leased and want to thank Ian personally for being patient with me as the process took some time due to my personal situation which had changed since I leased my first car. Vinny(Vincent) and his team were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and willing to take that extra mile to ensure they not only met our desired price target, but provided educational materials to pick the right car, model and color of our choice. Paul is a wonderful finance manager. he did not push me in buying any additional products. he explained every option and let me decide what is best for me. i sent his name to few of my friends asking them to look for him when they are buying a car from DCH . At no point did I feel pressured or misled, in fact I was very impressed with his honesty, friendliness, and candid conversation. Wanda, is a great sales person.helped me from the min i walked until i drove out with my new RAV 4. More

I reallly appreciate the work they did for me on helping me with the car i got. I was not sure in the beginning but i left the lot with a smile on my face knowing i made the right decision. I have to say if it wasnt for Meir and especially for Paul, I would still have my used camry in the driveway.
