Great experience again! I have purchased 5 vehicles from DCH Freehold Toyota over the years and these guys make me feel like family. No high pressure tactics like many car de I have purchased 5 vehicles from DCH Freehold Toyota over the years and these guys make me feel like family. No high pressure tactics like many car dealers I have visited in the past. They always greet you when you come in and have someone assist you with a smile right away. There are other dealers on Rte 9 in Freehold where you have to chase down someone to help you. Not at DCH Freehold Toyota. They value their customers. I purchased a used car for my son and he wanted the experience of going to multiple dealers. We went to DCH Freehold Toyota first and got a great deal. Then we went to one other dealer. My son realized that dad knew best and we went back to DCH Freehold Toyota. Then, they even gave us a better deal on their Black Friday sale. Vincent Vitolo and Paul Leahy were awesome. More

Ian made sure I got the best deal and walked me through each step. Not only was he very professional but also very knowledgeable of the Tundra. I highly recommend any and all to see Ian, I will be sending anyone I know to him for help getting into a Toyota. Michelle was my online rep and was very timely on all questions I had in regards to the Tundra. She was able to work with my schedule around emails and ultimately got me into the sales dep. to test drive the Tundra. Dmitri also sat down with me to explain my options of addons for my Tundra, this is an experience I never had before and it was very welcoming and made me feel apart of the Toyta Family. Thank you! He is extremely professional, knows very well the cars, and explains their features making is easy to grasp even the more complex functions such as BlueTooth connection. He was very helpful in choosing the model and features. When negotiating the price he is straightforward and friendly, which makes the experience simple and non stressful.
