Beginning with our salesman, Vincent “Vinny” Vitolo right thru to Dimitri, who showed us how to work all of the high-tech equipment, from locks to the navigation system. From the time we walked in Vinny made us feel at home. He was professional and friendly. There was nothing more he could have done to make us feel more comfortable and at ease. There was no pressure just precise answers to all the questions we had. We got exactly what we wanted for the fairest price without having to haggle. I would definitely recommend DCH Freehold Toyota to all, especially Vinny! More

High Review When i arrived at Toyota in Freehold i was greeted by Meir Jefroimski and Kim Mellage. From the moment i arrived to the moment I left, both Meir and When i arrived at Toyota in Freehold i was greeted by Meir Jefroimski and Kim Mellage. From the moment i arrived to the moment I left, both Meir and Kim were by my side during the entire process. From sales to financing to business manager my experience was absolutely unbelievable. I spent less then 1 hr and 1/2 from the moment i arrived to when I pulled out in my new car. Even more wonderful is the fact that after my trip to DCH Freehold Toyota on Saturday 4/24, I came to work this morning to find an email from Meir and then from Kim asking how I was and if I am enjoying my new car. I would also like to add that there was a new individual in the Finance department (Derick) who was absolutely wonderful along with Paul Leahy the business manager. They both, as a collective team, made my experience even more wonderful with their cheerful attitude And to top off my experience, Dmitri was able to open up scheduling on 5/2 to bring my car in to install an automatic car starter. I would like to note that this was a wonderful thing he did since they were already booked. Adding me to the schedule will surely make the day busier for him HOWEVER it didnt matter to him. As long as I was able to get what i needed, He was willing to do this for me which was so wonderful In no way will I ever go anywhere else, and I truly mean this. In my years as a Car owner and leasee, I have had a Mercedes to Mazda to Volvo and I have never had a Car or Experience quite like I have had with Toyota. (If i moved to a different state, I would still come back to Toyota in Freehold as my experience was Mostly due to the wonderful service from Meir and Kim and the rest of the team that helped me leave with my new car. ) They treated me like family and I am so grateful for that. Although everyone treated myself AND my 10 yr old son like family, Kim and Meir truly went above and beyond for us and I cannot be more grateful for that! To end this review, I give my experience a true 5 Star rating. More
