Overall my car buying experience was excellent. Keith Gore was extremely helpful in reviewing our options on the RAV 4. We felt he gave us a reasonable price and a reasonable trade credit. We picked up the car 10 days after the purchase and Keith was effective in showing us the features of our new car. We found our experience with Keith to be first rate and I would recommend him to anyone considering a Toyota purchase. My only concern during the buying experience was with the Finance manager. Since we were paying cash we didn't think we would need to spend too much time with the finance manager. We recognize that the finance manager's job is includes selling the supplemental insurance coverage. However we were not interested in any coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty and we felt the finance manager was trying too hard to make the sale. My suggestion is not to try to sell supplemental coverage after you close the deal on the sale of the car. No one who negotiates a price wants to then find our that Toyota is trying to sell anything extra. If you do want to sell supplemental coverage then you should include it in the price of options being negotiated with the salesman and not as an add on after negotiations are complete. This is the 7th Toyota I have bought from your dealership and I have always been satisfied with my purchase which is why I keep coming back. More

I bought certified Toyota car which cost me around good money , CAR Fax was clean and car looked good so I went for it , later on I found there is some issue in front and when I went to them they told me t money , CAR Fax was clean and car looked good so I went for it , later on I found there is some issue in front and when I went to them they told me that there was damage in front and it is in Mechanic report . I asked them why you guys did not share this information when you sold me this car ..they responded me that you were buying car and you should have been looked it properly. Overall they sold me damaged car as certified car and refusing to fix it. And also they did not share critical information that there was damage in front while selling certified car. I think it will be good to show some Mechanic before buying car from them. More

As a former journalist, as well as a lengthy stint in public relations for a major corporation and a political party, I am quite aware of the importance of good customer relations. And Jerry Rechtman, whom I have dealt with for many years, typifies what I am talking about at this dealership. Here's the latest example: On March 14, 2013, after scraping our Toyota Camry's right front tire on a curb -- and we were scheduled to drive out on Long Island to spend the weekend with our daughter, as her husband was out-of-town and she needed some help at home -- my first thought and worry was a "blowout" on the lengthy round-trip. I phoned Jerry Rechtman and he had me immediately come in for service. A tire inspection showed that the tire was okay. But our car has a lot of mileage, close to 110,000. so he had our car fully inspected, and some bad things turned up, including leaks. Repairs would take quite a while, so Jerry arranged for a loaner car so I could drive home and come back the next day to pick up my car. The round-trip to Long Island turned out fine! More

He's a pleasant guy and was not overly aggressive in trying to sell me anything. Once we decided on a vehicle, the newly redesigned RAV4, the process proceeded very smoothly. I explained that I never liked buying a new vehicle as my past experiences were never pleasant. Not here though, Vincent mad my buying venture actually satisfying, with no headaches. Even the dreaded 'back room" went rather quickly. Now we're driving our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Vincent and DCH Freehold Toyota to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle....
