I did not purchase the 2013 Rav4 Limited which I strongly was considering. I chose the 2014 Mazda Cx5 Grand Touring because I saved $2000 off the MRSP plus $2100 off the financing. Your sales associate, Vinn was considering. I chose the 2014 Mazda Cx5 Grand Touring because I saved $2000 off the MRSP plus $2100 off the financing. Your sales associate, Vinny Vitolo, went out of his way to answer all my questions. He didn't dodge any bullets and was very straight forward. I didn't feel "high pressured" to make a quick decision, yet he did everything he could to keep me from leaving the dealership without a purchase. Walking into DCH Freehold Toyota I had certain criteria I had to meet budget wise, and due to my budget I was in search of a used car. After being approached by Mr. Jefroimski I felt at ease and never once p had to meet budget wise, and due to my budget I was in search of a used car. After being approached by Mr. Jefroimski I felt at ease and never once pressured. As I told him more and more about my situation and where I stood I could tell that he had a genuine interest in what I had to say and who I was. I am a military member who is away from home (Texas) for the first time on my own. My credit was minimal so it was hard getting anyone to give me a loan for a new or used car. After only an hour with Mr. Jefoimski and his team I was told I could drive away in a brand new that day. This was great news but, what were my payments going to be? And how much would I have to put down? They met my criteria in both areas! That night I drove away in a fuel effecient, beautiful, NEW Toyota Corolla! This was my first big purchase and I'm very happy that it was with Mr. Jefroimski and the DCH Freehold Toyota team. Later on that week I dropped in to put more money towards the down-payment and was surprised to see how friendly and attentive every employee was. They all helped me find who I needed and greeted me with respect, professionalism, and a wonderful attitude. I definately recommend this place to anyone wether in the service or not. These people really do care, and they don't just forget about you after they sell you a car, they follow-up and they answer any questions you may have. In 2010 I was referred to Freehold Toyota and Gunther Wu by Kevin McGrath. Kevin told me that I would be treated very well there and he was 100% right. My lease was scheduled to terminate in May of this year (2013) and I went back to see Guther again to explore my options. My current lease was very close to be over mileage and the sooner i got out of it the better. Gunther and Steve worked with me and got me a great deal on a new 2013 Highlander that I liked but, more importantly, my wife loved because it came equipped with bluetooth and a back-up camera. Gunther was able to get us the color we liked and we drove it home the very next day. I would highly recommend Guther Wu and Freehold Toyota to anyone I know. In fact, since my first experience in 2010, my grandfather, parents and brother have all purchased cars from there with Gunther and Steves help. More
