initially I had met with a different salesperson who really didnt get what I wanted. Fortunatly I contacted your internet salesman Tommy Gordon and he was terrific(what a difference). I had bought my last car from this dealership 16 years ago and was very pleased at that time. The Camry was an excellent car but I had my mind made up before looking I wanted another model and make of car ago and was very pleased at that time. It took a little twisting of my arm from my friend to stop in here and look but once I did I wasn't leaving. I received the best service, most honesty and above all patience and kindness from Dan grieco and Paul Leahy. They were not "just salesmen" and "managers" but showed a real interest in my feelings of uncertainty. We were warmly greeted by Mr.Wu. He was not pushy, but ready to help us if need be. We had been to another Toyota dealer. I hope that you allow your sales people to assist those who have purchased cars from you. We realize that a salesperson must sell cars, but most of the time a customer feels like after the sale the dealership and salesperson could care less. We will buy more cars and have friends and family who will get recommendations from us good or bad. So if you do not allow Mr. Wu or other sales people to assist when needed, this customer will not forget. If you do allow him or other sales people to assist,this customer will forget that either when it is time to buy another car.We do not expect a salesperson to leave a customer to assist us,but some sales person could.I did notice,however,that not many of your staff greeted us, once we started working with Mr.Wu.In,other words,not many would even make eye contact or say just say hi.I don't mean a long extended conversation,but just make a potential customer feel welcome.That attitude reflects on your entire company.Mr.Wu was fantastic. Henry and Meir both said that they wanted this to be a positive experience for me with no stress and they did everything possible to achieve that. Henry even picked me up at my house to take me to the dealership to get my new car. That was above and beyond and it was so helpful to me personally. They showed me everything on the car and were very patient in explaining how everything worked. They also told me I could call anytime if I had any questions about the car.
