Ian really worked to get us in a vehicle we love. He stayed at our price point, showed us a few cars and then showed us a RAV4 that I immediately fell in love with. He gave me the keys to do a test d He stayed at our price point, showed us a few cars and then showed us a RAV4 that I immediately fell in love with. He gave me the keys to do a test drive and that sealed the deal. I feel as though Ian is a very honest, hardworking guy. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. Once we decided on this vehicle, he showed us options for extended warranties, an oil change program and a tire protection plan. He explained each option thoroughly, and we took all three. I never felt like I was being hustled or pushed, and I left the dealership driving a car that I am more than happy with. Ian followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was good and I told him it was the best decision I'd made in a long time. If you are looking for a great deal on a great car, then DCH Freehold Toyota is the place where you'll want to shop. And when you get to DCH, I highly recommend that you ask for Ian Salon. I trust in them to make you as happy as I am. More
