This is the best dealership I have ever been too. I applied online for a car and received a call from Mr. Gore within an hour letting me know I was approved. He was knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating, and reasonable. I was a first time buyer and was a little hesitant to ask for help when I arrive because I heard how salesman can be pushy and insistent. John came right up to us as soon as we walked over to the first vehicle and the experience was great from that moment forward. He didn't push me to look at any vehicles that were out of my price range. The first thing he asked is if I knew what type of vehicle I was interested in and when I replied that I was just generally looking because I hadn't narrowed it down, he then helped me realize the type of vehicle that would be suit my needs and my price range. Paul Solomon made the finance portion of the purchase very enjoyable. He was laid back and made the tedious signing of documents fly by. He was very knowledgeable about all of the packages and warranties and papers that need signing. He was able to help me choose options that fit my needs for the future.
