Actually, it was my second time with this dealership. My first Toyota lease was about to expire and Freehold Toyota was #1 in my list, because my first experience was awesome. Camry was running great all th first Toyota lease was about to expire and Freehold Toyota was #1 in my list, because my first experience was awesome. Camry was running great all the time, very reliable, smooth, excellent handling and fuel economy. I also think that people you are dealing with are as important as a car you buy or lease. That why Joe Adorno was another reason for me to come back to Toyota Freehold. My second time was even better than the first one. First, I spoke on the phone with Gary Yudilevich. He understood my requirements, called me back next day with the offer so great that I did not want to negotiate any further. When I arrived to the dealership Joe had everything ready, so all procedures including return the old vehicle, paperwork and payment took less than 2 hours. And he made my experience as pleasant as before. If there is an image of the perfect car dealer - Joe Adorno is the guy. That's why I put the highest rates on almost all criteria listed. When we came into the dealership, we had NO intentions on purchasing anything that day. We were still in the browsing phase of our search. We met Thomas and he was so down to earth. He really was able to deal with my indecisiveness in a way I have not seen in my past purchases (4 dealerships that I will NEVER go back to). We did not know if we wanted a new or used car but we did know we only could afford a certain amount and we wanted something Toyota. He really took the time to show us a few used and new cars and when nothing seemed to work for me (be it price or comfort) he mentioned the Scion XB, which is part of Toyota so it really did fit my needs. The moment I sat in it I knew I was in love! It met all my needs, accept for the color which was not my style. He said Not a problem and ordered me the color I wanted, Blue! I honestly can say I have NEVER had such a great car buying experience in my life. Thomas was not only professional, but he was honest, friendly, and really just a pleasure to do business with! I know that I am not what one would consider an easy sale. I am jaded because I have had really awful experience in the past, but he changed my mind and opinion on car salesmen! I love my car, and really appreciate having a sales person who is honest and truly seems to care about your needs! Both Vinny and Michelle were very helpful in the purchase of my Camry SE. I was in for an oil change on my Rav4 and was not due to trade my car in for another 6 months so I was in no hurry to purchase a new of my Camry SE. I had just relocated to the area and was in weary of any dealership as I had developed a 20+ year relationship with a Toyota dealer in my previous state that removed the hassle and haggling normally associated with buying car. However Vinny was able to put together a deal that I could not refuse. In addition both Vinny and Michelle were both helpful in keeping my 3 year old son occupied long enough to finish the deal. Overall a great experience. More

I purchased a new Toyota from DCH Freehold after checking for pricing with several dealers in the NY Metro area. Diane was much more helpful than the other dealers I contacted, who were more interested in getting me to the dealer than actually providing me with pricing for my car search. Diane also set me up with Ian for my on site visit to see the car I selected. I would give Diane 5 Stars. When I arrived at the dealer, Ian Salon helped me with the test drive and actual delivery of the car. Ian was knowledgeable about the features of the Camry and very helpful in showing me how things worked. Ian also helped to get several different cars from other lots so we could get the best option. I would give Ian 5 stars as well. Justin Reibschied was the finance manager assigned to help me with the paperwork. My experience with Justin was far from enjoyable. Although he did not attempt to add in any bogus charges, his tone was condescending and demeaning as he tried to rush me through the paperwork process. There is no excuse for that to any customer in any business. My experience with Justin was 2 stars. I complained about Justin to my sales consultant (Ian) who also brought the sales manager to apologize. Overall working with DCH was a good experience overall but was dragged down by the poor service in their finance department. It is a far drive from New York City but well worth it if you do your homework ahead of time. More

Went looking for a first car for son. We looked at a number of different cars and it was between the Corolla the the Chevy Cruze. We had to come by a number of times in the course of our evaluation and each time the assistance was professional and courteous. That experience with Miss Rossi's assistance along with the understanding gained of the automobile and its features particularly related to safety made the decision easy. When it came to evaluating the final price and features Miss Rossi and her supervisor were great in honoring the terms of an initial quote. So we felt the price was and value fair. Lastly we have been a repeat customer of Freehold Toyota and have purchased 5 vehicles there over the last 16 years so it is typically my first choice when shopping for an automobile. More

My wife and I we originally came in looking for a Prius and Dimitri was very helpful looking the used model they have. Test drove a few and felt it didn't work for me. Both gentlemen were professional, thorough, and friendly. The check-out process was ready for us as promised by Ian and we were on the road with our new Rav4 within a very reasonable amount of time. The car was SPOTLESS and we thought the sign in the front window was an extra-special touch that showed this dealership cared about its customer satisfaction and they weren't 'just another sale'. As they say, "It's the little things that count". I actually came back because I was with my mom, Joanne Fingerlin, when she leased her 2011 Toyota Corolla a couple of months ago and had a great experience as well. She came all the way from Parlin, NJ, to check this dealership out and was totally satisfied. I dont' remember the name of her sales person or who the finance person was (I had to leave before that point); but she was very happy despite the long wait to get the car ready (it was a busy day at this dealership and we didn't know it was an off-site process). We requested our Rav4 for the next day since we live closer to your dealership so it was perfect for us! Our car was even ready an hour earlier and Ian called us to let us know. We would definitely consider leasing a car here again and referring friends and family. More
