I've been a customer of this dealership since 1992. I went in to check new cars after receiving incentives for President's Day sales. I really had no intention in trading in my '05 Avalon. I was introduc went in to check new cars after receiving incentives for President's Day sales. I really had no intention in trading in my '05 Avalon. I was introduced to Sales Rep. Richard Mendelson by my service adviser Jerry Rechtman. Richard worked hard to get me into a new car. I was considering a new Avalon but opted for the '12 Camry XLE Hybrid. Considering the gas price situation the Hybrid made more sense as it gets 40+mpg. The car doesn't have all the bells and whistles the Avalon has but for my needs it seems adequate. Im intrigued with the new design and the technology it offers through Toyota Entune that works with your smart phone. The interior is youth oriented which I liked. I also like the voice activated nav system. Its as if I have company in the car.The fact I can also access apps and Bing is amazing. So thank you Richard for your courtesy and expertise. DCH was the first dealership that I have ever been to that I was not pressured into buying a car. In fact the first night I had gone in to look at the Camry and on my way out I was introduced to a manag that I was not pressured into buying a car. I said I was also looking at the Honda Accord. He said by all means go now and test drive it. He did not ask any other questions. I was impressed. I am a single mom and have no time and have only x amt of time. I need time to think and they gave it. I had many questions and they answered all of them. I had some issues with other Toyota dealerships and solved problems. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation. More

I first went in to service to have them check out my old Tacoma and met with Cory. My truck was part of the "rust recall" and it didn't pass the test so I was offered a buy back on it. Cory was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with the whole process. But now I needed a replacement vehicle so I went to the sales department and spoke with Chris who was very knowledgeable and answered my many many questions. I went home to think about my options, and I also checked out some other dealers, but none even came close to the professionalism and friendliness I felt from Chris and everyone else at Freehold, so I went back in and left a deposit with Chris on a 2012 Tacoma. When my truck arrived I got a call from Gary, the sales manager, to let me know. Gary was great on the phone, he was very patient with me and addressed all my concers while I was deciding if I would come in with cash or finance. I went in a few days later and met with Rob who went over a few odds and ends and helped me get some accessories then introduced me to Peter who did my paperwork. I work at a powersports dealership so I know how dificult of a job these guys have and I do take notice of customer service; and all in all Freehold has a top notch staff. I am very happy with my choice of truck and my choice of dealership. Thank you very much Cory, Chris, and everyone else, you guys are GREAT and I'll see you in 5000 miles! More
