I went shopping for a vehicle today. There was a list of 5 vehicles from 3 dealerships on my "to do" list. Happily, for me, my first visit became my last choice. I was very pleased with the professional and 5 vehicles from 3 dealerships on my "to do" list. Happily, for me, my first visit became my last choice. I was very pleased with the professional and considerate treatment I received from Ian Salon. He patiently listened to the summary of what I was looking for and then recommended suitable vehicles for my inspection. What is ALWAYS the most difficult part of buying a vehicle - the price, was a collaborative effort by Ian and me. I had a definite number in mind and I feel that my expectation was adequately met by minimal "back and forth" negotiation. The oftentimes four hour sales pitch with the relentless "let me talk to my manager" is such a deal breaker for me. The process at Freehold Toyota was quite pleasant. Finally, Ian and Paul Leahy in the finance dept. have easy going personalities. We had some time to talk about some personal stuff and have a few laughs. I enjoyed the afternoon and expect to enjoy my new Toyota vehicle. More
First, I have to say that this is by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Dmetri, my salesman, went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and then some. I worked with Demtri and Paul as a collaborative effort to get the car I've been dreaming of; a Toyota Camry SE. If you go to this dealership, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dmetri as a salesman. This guy will treat you like a human being and not look at you as a dollar sign. He is friendly and will go out of his way to accomodate you. I felt privileged to have been a part of this experience. I am 26 years old and bought a Toyota Camry SE. This car is AMAZING! This car has all the bells and whitsles and just glides when you drive it. Navigation, bluetooth, iPhone syncing, Internet, leather, Horsepower, and awesome gas milage - averaging 41 miles per gallon!!! The best part is the price is just unreal! As a consumer, if you want to have someone support you and give you the best car purchasing experience, go to DMETRI. I would not steer you in the wrong direction, trust me. Also, DO NOT go to Toms RIver Toyota for a car. I ran out of that place and went to the Freehold location. It's 2 different worlds the way the employees welcome and greet you. I hate buying new cars and had walked out of three showrooms before coming to DCH Freehold Toyota. The Internet sales consultant, Diane Shain, found the model and provided the information we were loo showrooms before coming to DCH Freehold Toyota. The Internet sales consultant, Diane Shain, found the model and provided the information we were looking for. Her personable approach and efficiency encouraged us to give DCH Toyota a try. Upon arrival, Chris Simmons, the salesman, showed us the car and ultimately sold us on it. Being adverse to high pressure sales tactics, Chris' low key, but effective technique was welcome. He was knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. He guided us to the decision point so skillfully that we bought the car even though we initially hadn't intended to buy one that day. At that point, Chris coordinated the trade-in and transfer of the new car to us. By the time we were finished with the financial stuff, the car was waiting to drive home. We hadn't expected to take a new car home that day so it was a pleasant surprise. All in all, the entire process was efficient and everyone we encountered along the way was helpful and friendly (even the financial guy). I would recommend this dealer. More
Early on 1/16/2012 I began surfing the web for a new 2011 Corolla with a manual transmission. I am very loyal to that make and model because my 2004 Corolla has given me 206,470 miles without a SINGLE repai Corolla with a manual transmission. By late in the morning a large number of dealers were aware of my search, but Tommy Gordan was the first person to speak with me directly. Even though he did not have a new 2011 manual trans. Corolla in stock for immediate pick-up, Tommy e-mailed a detailed alternate offer for the 2012 model at a very good price. Tommy's deal looked like the best offer so I asked him for more details to show what the final cost would be. He quickly provided a breakdown of the costs that included monthly payments based on a 2.9% auto loan (a much better rate than offered by my credit union). The responses and information that I received from other dealers confirmed that Tommy's offer was the best. Late that afternoon Tommy and I finalized the deal, and he even arranged to have someone drive me to the dealership on 1/17/2012 to complete the purchase. On 1/17/2012 Meir Jefroimski drove me to the dealership and finalized the purchase - and I cannot put into words what a great pleasure it was dealing with him! By late afternoon I was on my way home in my 2012 Corolla, having had the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle! More
We visited Toyota on Friday 01/13 to lease the new Sienna and met with sales person name “Dmitri”. He gave us excellent service and told each & every detail. He is very professional & efficient. He knows everything about the vehicle and showed us all the features and its operations. But at last unfortunately we didn’t reach on the deal on that day. We left to shop around and checked couple of more dealers they are almost in the same range even we got a deal which was little less but we preferred to go back to him so next day we came back to Dmitri only for his good service and made a deal with him. He is very professional and nice human being. We will certainly refer all our relatives and friends to Dmitri in future. More

Steve referred me to Peter Magrino. Although still unsure as to which car I would purchase my first visit to Freehold Toyota sold me. Peter was extremely professional throughout the entire process. When I picked up the car it was spotless. Steve's assistance was also extremely helpful in finalizing the sale. Although car buying can often be a stressful experience, Peter and Steve made it a pleasure. Professionalism ..... courtesy ..... follow up combined with a fair price. Freehold Toyota could not have better representation. Thank you to both! More
Ian sold my parents a 2011 Sienna Limited earlier this year and they were very pleased with his efforts to make them happy. When it came time for me to buy my 2011 Rav 4, it seemd only natural to go to D year and they were very pleased with his efforts to make them happy.
