This by far was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The gentleman that helped us, Ian Salon was very polite and professional. Normally, buying a new car is one of the most stressful experiences. Not this time around. This one experience will have me going back when my next lease is up on my other car before I go anywhere else. I know when I go for my next purchase that they will not pressure me to sign on the dotted line to discuss the best price, etc. I am fully confident that Ian and the DCH Toyota team will do their best to give me a great deal without twisting my arm with such unscrupulous tactics like filling out forms, running my credit, etc. etc. when I don't even know the price or if I want the car yet. From starting out by requesting an internet quote to the purchase of a 2012 Camry everything was as you hope it would be. He immediately took me on a walk to see all the car colors in sun and shade(did not realize but it does make a difference) then took me for a test drive. Inside a trade in price was arranged.
