Dan had patiently showed us in stock Highlanders of various colors and configurations, and was very knowledgeable in his understanding of each car configurations, and had provided us with very useful information which allowed us to settle on a particular model that we like. We had a stress free negotiation with Managers Steve and Mark. Steve had explained all the items in the bill clearly, and had maintained an admirable professionalism throughout the process. In the end, both parties felt that we have come out with a win-win situation. They also gave us a reasonable trade in value for our minivan, better than some other dealerships. Dan helped us prepared the new car and we were able to drive away the new car the same day. Overall our car buying experience is very pleasant. I was referred to Ian by a co-worker of mine, she raved about how he's a great salesman and how she trusted him. When I got in contact with him I said what i needed how much I could afford and he told me t about how he's a great salesman and how she trusted him. Less than a week later I have a "new" used accord which I love. Also financing with Paul Leahy was great, he explained everything about the loan and found the best rate for me, and pushed to get me a better warranty!! Being a first time buyer I was nervous but I must say they made me feel comfortable and confident I made a good purchase.
