I was very pleased with my experience at DCH Freehold Toyota. My salesperson Meir was very helpful in finding me a car especially since i was in a very limited price range but needed something bigger. Toyota. I visited DCH Freehold Toyota on Saturday to inquire about a 2012 Highlander Limited. Based on previous car buying experiences I expected the standard pressure sale but there was none of that at this de about a 2012 Highlander Limited. Meir, the salesman, answered all my questions honestly and provided me with a very competitive price. I ended up buying the car 2 days later. When I came to pickup the car, Meir had it already detailed and went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. He then spent time explaining to me and my wife all the features of the car even setup the bluetooth connection to my cell phone. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. The Toyota 4Runner we bought was a 2011 left over that had been damaged during a previous test drive. (It read that there was an air bag deployment but the accident was very minor and there was no deployment.) Some interior cosmetic defects were also repaired so the truck looked like new. The price we paid was probably lower than we would have paid for an undamaged vehicle. This will make up for the fact that prospective buyers a few years down the line may get a CarFAx and see the accident, so my resale value has already been lowered. It would have been a "great" price except for the noted repairs. There is also a small, shallow scratch on the hood which the manager would not repaint at the agreed sale price. He did reduce the price a little due to this. The truck is perfect. Gunther Wu, our salesman was great. He was fair and worked hard negotiating between us and the dealership to make the best deal he could. We have only had the truck for a week, so no service or repair work has been needed. We bought the extended warrantee (bumper to bumper; 75000 miles or 8 years for $170000) to make the truck more attractive in a few years when we sell it. We would definately recommend DCH Freehold Toyota and Gunther Wu! More
