Chris Simmons is a one-man show. Hands-down the best. I want to explain my visit, an absolutely true story. I had been interested in a trade in offer for my '10 Sienna for a '12 Sienna and, after arranging want to explain my visit, an absolutely true story. I had been interested in a trade in offer for my '10 Sienna for a '12 Sienna and, after arranging for testing my vehicle, Chris followed up a few days later and calmly persisted in coming up with the economics that finally worked for me, and him. The catch on the final deal was the need to close that day, and my wife and I were heading out of town. Chris guided us thru still by phone all of the details of colors and other options and readied all else in advance of my coming down to sign. Once there, Chris again literally ran here and there, and with his added technician service background, swiftly decomissioned my old vehicle and recomissioned the new. He was responding to my being under pressure to leave town, and then 40 minutes before the deal process could close, the bomb hit: my wife called saying I needed to return now. Chris reacted with continued calm, even though the deal was lost. Simultaneously, he went thru his proper channles, and within no time had secured a superfast timeline from everyone involved on his side, if I could just wait 20 more minutes. I did and I never saw a team process that fast, and with understanding. Chris followed up on the rest of the process after I was already driving home, and thanks to cell phones, we were able to dot some i's during that time. It was a pleasure to work with Gunther Wu from start to finish. We had originally looked at a Highlander, back in November, 2011. Took a test drive and told Mr. Wu that we would be back, but I would not finish. We had originally looked at a Highlander, back in November, 2011. He e-mailed me and thanked me for coming in and then called me several weeks later, but I told him we were still not ready at that time......never felt any pressure. Finally made it back to the dealer at the end of December, 2011 and Mr. Wu worked with us and we made a deal to purchase a Highlander, which he found at another dealership in Long Island. Because of the New Year's holiday weekend, the car would not be at Freehold Toyota until the following Mon. or Tues. Mr. Wu kept me informed several times until delivery of my car. He talked me through all I needed to know to get in the car and drive away. It was a pleasure to work with Gunther Wu and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. This is the third Toyota that we have purchased through Freehold Toyota. We also get our vehicles serviced here and their service dept. is great. More

We received a flyer regarding our 2006 Toyota Highlander. My daughter and I decided to bring the car in. Vinny met us at the door. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, extremely nice and personable. We told Vinny about the flyer we had received and he introduced us to Darryl Lauricella. We told Darryl what we had and we were offered a very good price for the Toyota Highland. I then informed Vinny that we also had a Honda Accord EX that we would like to trade in. Darryl gave us a quote for the Honda Accord sight unseen, which was also very good. Vinny told us that we could trade both cars in, and roll everything into a new lease for a Toyota Corolla Sport with no money out of pocket. The reason my daughters and I were looking to trade in our used cars was to avoid any problems or expense with them in the future and Vinny and Darryl enabled us to do that almost effortlessly. I cannot thank them enough for being so honest and working with us to achieve our ultimate goal. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Vinny for all his help and guidance. More
