I have been looking for the right vehicle for my family for sometime. My last purchase was 11 years ago, so I was a bit apprenhensive, but Michelle made the process smooth and very easy. Upon contract signing she had me finalize the paperwork with Ian who picked up where Michelle left off, and also did a great job. Once the contract was complete, I dealt with the Finance Mgr Levie, Levie ensured I got the 2.9% rate available on Certified vehicles. He managed to get me and my family out of there is a short period of time while handling and explaining all the details.
