Jeffrey Herman and Nancy Lippel were both excellent. This is my 6th lease of a Toyota V6 LE 4 door sedan in a row. It's my second lease from DCH in Freehold. I got a very good deal and a dream car. The only suggestion I have for DCH is that if they have an internet department contact form on their website, they should make sure it works. I never got a reply to my internet inquiries and called the dealership a few days later. At that point Nancy and Jeff made the deal work. However, I got my first Toyota lease in the late 90's from Bay Ridge Toyota using just the internet. All the documents were exchanged and signed via email and fax, and I was able to pick that car up and sign the lease papers in 15 minutes. Compare that to the 3-3/4 hours it took to make a deal, and get the car detailed and ready for me while I sat in the showroom at DCH. You can buy almost anything on line today and many people value the service. It brings the transaction down to price, quality and the reputaion of the seller, period, in the comfort of your own home. Dealerships should come into the information age and use the tools available. It isn't the fault of Jeff or Nancy that it took so long, but all the work it takes to approve the deal and select and clean up the car would best be done off line. More

Not only were they very knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with us, but we were very impressed with how they and the entire staff worked well together and truly seemed to like each other. We ordered a remote-start system and a roof rack, which are dealer-installed options and they made sure that we got the best remote start system and arranged for prompt installation. Between the low-pressure atmosphere, terrific sales staff and the modern facilities we were left feeling very comfortable with the dealership and will definitely be coming back for all servicing. Thanks also to the managers Mark Clifton and William Liang, who stopped by frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. They made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire process.
