Freehold Toyota is by far the best car dealership that I have been to. I worked with Diane Shain to purchase my 2010 Highlander SE model and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was very easy to talk to, eager to help and not once did I feel like I am been pressured into buying anything. A total opposite of what I would have expected from a typical car salesperson. No unsolicited relentless calls to tell you to come into the dealership to negotiate prices and etc, it was a smooth transaction. I bought a 2010 Highlander at a great price, my brother was also in the market for a Rav4 and he too got an excellent price for Rav4 sport model. The finance person, Dennis was very courteous and took time to explain the financing terms and made sure that I understood the numbers. He explained a list of other products that I can purchase as a value-added to the vehicle but did not pressure me into buying anything. I highly recommended Diane Shain at Freehold Toyota. More

I was looking for a used Honda, I already visited and dealt with a couple local Honda dealers and was already down on salesmen(pushy, arrogant, one tried harder to sell me on the dealership than the car) dealt with a couple local Honda dealers and was already down on salesmen(pushy, arrogant, one tried harder to sell me on the dealership than the car),until I came to DCH to look at a used Honda they had on the lot(same price on the tag that was on the Internet...Honda Universe “take note").I Was introduced to Jesus and he blew away all the used car salesmen stereotypes-he was friendly...not fake, within 2 minutes I felt his integrity was intact and he LISTENED!!! To me (hear that car salesmen out there) and gave me what I wanted...the price of the car (not a load of Bull****).I had to go to a Toyota dealer to get the service I expected at a Honda dealership? Dennis in the finance dept was great as well-good follow-up and he worked with me, John(sorry forgot his last name)John answered my calls when I was just looking...called me back like he said he would to tell me the car was available and helped me setup a time to come in to buy from another salesman. All in all, a great experience.. More

Vincent was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the product and not at all "pushy."
