We spent a total of two hours working out a deal. Keith's customer service was excellent! We were dealt with very efficiently without all the hardball. Lucy and Justin were also very pleasant. Just bought a certified 4runner there. I saw good reviews about this dealer before I went there. It met my expectation. I am happy with my experience. Sales people are friendly and honest. ALthough I already paid the money they still treated me nicely and solved the problem. I also requested a couple of maintenance work and they did it with no question asked. I always thought that dealers are evil but this one changed my mind: There are some good dealers around. More

I continue to deal with this dealership because of the professionalism of Levie Frink who sold me my first Toyota in 2003. His true friendship and knowledge of what he is selling is excellent. He truly represents what Toyota is trying to sell "service and loyalty". He appears to be well respected among his co-workers and relied on to assist them in performing their functions. Mr. Salon is also a deicated employee and recommended to me by Mr. Frink. Mr. Salon is young and appears to be well versed in selling Toyota's. He has an excellent career at Toyota in the future. I will continue to utilize this dealership in the days ahead. More
We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and wanted to speak to Keith (we dealt with him on our previous purchase and were very pleased with the service we received). Went in for an express lube 29 minutes or less...NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Service drive is not busy I am told 1- 1/2 hours, I question the 29 minute express lube serice and I am told I should have APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. He is the best to work with. Sorry... I took my business elsewhere that day.....I wish I did before purchasing a Toyota. (I own multiple Toyota vehicles) What is the sense of having a 29 minute express lube if most times you can not honor that time? I think employees can be a little more friendly too. I have been a Toyota customer for over 15 years...and unfortunately I grow tired of this dealerships Customer Service lately. More
My car leasing experience at DCH Freehold Toyota Scion was absolutely first rate. My dealings over a two-day period with sales (Ian), management (Kim) and finance (Levi) were especially pleasant and free was absolutely first rate. All three people deserve to be complemented for their courtesy and professionalism (especially Kim who structured a very reasonable lease arrangement for me on a 2010 Toyota Camry LE). I am glad that listened to her and chose to come to this dealership. We were treated in a very polite and professional manner throughout the process. The entire process went through very smoothly. John Suell was very friendly and easy to work with, he answered all questions we asked. The rest of the staff that I dealt with, Nancy Lippel (Business Representative) and Levie Frank (Finance) were very courteous and friendly as well. They answered all my questions and all assurances given to me were up to the mark and everything worked out for me as promised without having to go through the agony of dealing with hidden clauses and fine prints. The deal I got was superb. I highly recommend this dealership and will surely inform my friends and family about my great car buying experience.
