On Saturday, I went into your Toyota dealership to look at cars. I was fortunate and extremely lucky to be given Henry. He was wonderful. He understands the true meaning of customer service. When we went for a test drive he pointed out the features of the car and took me to see your service center. You should be aware that he didn’t just bring me inside to sign the log, but walked me through the entire facility pointing out all the customer amenities and services offered. This was definitely a selling plus for you’re your organization. When we got back, he worked with me to get what I needed to make it a deal. I ended up buying the car. Henry is a gem. Your organization is better for having him on staff. He goes a long way to toward removing the stereotype of the ‘typical used car salesman.” If you could clone Henry, you’d have the best sales force possible. When I went up to the finance office, I met Jamie Eloe. He was incredible helpful in getting me the best financial arrangement possible. He was personable and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. A person is always excited when they get a new car, but my experiences with Henry and Jamie were an added plus. More

i simply came to have my oil changed, as soon as service advisor heard that, he started selling me stuff that I didnt need nor want.Claiming that at 60000 miles all filters and transmission oil needs to be advisor heard that, he started selling me stuff that I didnt need nor want.Claiming that at 60000 miles all filters and transmission oil needs to be changed I replied that i had all these things done about 5000 miles he replied that his tech says that tranny oil is dirty (in5000)!!!!!!and needs to be changed again.At this time I asked to speak with a manager and service advisor showed us to his office ,managers name was Mark Lefkus without even offering us to sit down in his office,so there we were me and my wife standing in the doorway of his office as he was sitting and looking at his computer'like his computer was more important then 2 customers that bought and servised their cars here for 12 years and have 4 family members servicing their cars there as well.Needless to say I will never come near Freehold Toyota again and tell all my friends and family to do the same. More

This was the most pleasant experience I ever had in forty years of buying cars. As a customer I was treated as an intelligent person and they did not attempt to make extra money by trying to sell something I years of buying cars.
