Most unfriendly staff I have had to deal with. While they put their noses in the air they had little to no concern about body damage of one of the used vehicles they were selling. They quickly dismissed us and tried throwing their weight around and only could say we are a Fortune 500 company and that they did a 60 point safety check but some how missed the cracking patch job on the drivers side door and also the gas cap was broken on the vehicle. We were paying cash for a 30k vehicle. I know that may not seem like much to them but I believe ever sale should matter and at the very least respect the customers concerns about cosmetic damage on a vehicle that we drove 3 hours to see. We called the day prior and asked if there was anything wrong with the car and they couldn’t be bothered with it. More
