It was as pleasurable as could be to lease a Toyota Camby SE from this dealership. Nori Wilhelm was patient, professional and worked hard to make the deal happen. I have used DCH for all my Toyota leases and have always had an excellent experience. Because of the pandemic, new cars are impossible to find so we decided to buy out our lease on our 2017 Rav4. I was ner had an excellent experience. Because of the pandemic, new cars are impossible to find so we decided to buy out our lease on our 2017 Rav4. I was nervous as I had never taken a car loan before and have heard that used auto loans are very expensive. Not my experience with this dealership. They shopped around for loan rates and gave us 4 options and didn't try to upsell us on anything additional. They dealt with the insurance and motor vehicle, which was unexpected and very welcome. Nori Wilhelm, our sales advisor, grabbed the car and had it washed while we waited; she took care of everything for us. Nick Ventriglio, the finance advisor, checked our credit and came through with a great loan rate and we were out of the dealership (with a clean car!) in less than two hours. I highly recommend DCH Freehold Toyota. There are other Toyota dealerships closer to us but we go to them for their service and integrity. More
