We had many versions to choose from. The sale went off without a hitch with the agreed terms negotiated with Christine via email. It could not have been any easier. I would recommend anyone to contact Nicholas or Christine for information and pricing. I am certain they will beat any dealership in the area. More

Trust the bad reviews I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing a used car from them. Less than a week after buying, I was told it needed 20% of the purchase price I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing a used car from them. Less than a week after buying, I was told it needed 20% of the purchase price in repairs. Two weeks after buying, a transmission problem. This is after DCH claimed to have done a 32 point inspection. I bought an As Is used car so I did not expect to go 100k miles without having to spend some money. I did expect to go more than 100. When confronted with the issues my sales person Ron Agosto was non responsive. When he did finally respond, he said, "you purchased an as is car, I dont know why you are calling me and yeah those cars are expensive to repair" and did "you get your payment invoice"! The sales manager John M. Never even bothered to return my call. It wasnt until i posted a Google review that anyone cared to respond. That response was an empty apology followed by, "you declined the warranty we tried to sell you." The truth is, we wanted to buy a warranty but the person tasked with selling it to us said that the cost far outweighed the benefit. Not many people would give $4k to someone after being told they were being sold something worthless. If they truly cared about their customers, as-is or not, their first response would be an offer to have their service deptmnt take a look at it. More
